What is the General Assembly?

The General Assembly of the Union of Progressive Micronations, established under Article 9 of the UPM Constitution, serves as the union's main decision-making body. It provides member states with a platform to have a voice in the union by assigning a Delegate to propose, discuss, and vote on key issues.

Transparency

The Union of Progressive Micronations prioritizes transparency, allowing everyone to view, in real time, all proposals currently under discussion in the General Assembly. The public has access to proposal titles, descriptions, vote summaries, and the voting records of member states.
